In every state, there are organizations that can help support you as you decide to leave an abusive relationship and gain stability and safety  in your life.  There are also many organizations that can help you if you have been sexually assaulted or stalked.  You will find shelters and local programs in your state that have a range of services.  You will also find your state's coalition, which may also be able to help you.  Please choose your state from the menu on the left of this page.

There are National Organizations which may have services that apply to your situation as well.

If you cannot find an organization to help you, you may  want to call the National Domestic Violence Hotline, which will try to connect you directly with someone who can help: 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or (TTY) 1-800-787-3224
